Bit of budget analysis. This is very good, extra £7.5m to improve access to assessments in young people is very welcome.
But there's not a penny more to adult neurodiversity assessments or treatment. Meaning the vast majority of Scots still won't have access to assessments at all.

while we are at it: regular reminder that in scotland, legally, both under older legislation and uncrc, parents do not have *rights* they have *responsibilities*. it's children who have rights.

Credit where it's due, it's good they're reforming online gambling duties but it's incredibly lacking that they're leaving in person gambling alone.
