There’s a piece of art going round by a very established artist which I was convinced was AI, however researching their work I see they’re insistently anti-AI. But I swear there’s one small detail on this piece in particular I can’t imagine a non-AI artist would let slide and it’s driving me bonkers

I have a couple projects under TV option so I went digging for the first sketches I did for one of them and found it originated as a book pitch twenty years ago. 20! And I realised actually that’s not so unusual, most of my projects (BVM, Loosh, Flember and others) all started around that long ago.

Watched the Stranger Things season finale. I’ve had a few issues with this series but you know what I enjoyed it, it had a lot to do and it did it, and I’m very glad the whole show exists. It’s quite the achievement.

In 2026 we’ll be releasing Bunny Vs Monkey book 12 (as well as some other BVM tie-ins!). There’ll also be book one of my new series Megalomaniacs! No Max And Chaffy this year BUT we’ll be busy making new ones for next year. I’m also excited to do more Hero Slam comics and more King Looshkin too 🚀

Fascinating read about Jorge Gutiérrez releasing his work so far to try and get more funding. I’ve always admired creators who put their work out there like this, it’s a risk but can be great for building momentum.
