Which generation is the one who just get offended by everything, remind me, I forget.

The new Beavis And Butt-Head series knows its audience. And its audience is: me.

I do suspect the people who are absolutely losing their shit that the word ‘Christmas’ isn’t on every branded food they buy are also the ones convinced the government are making the skies cloudier.

It upsets me when people refers to Alexandra Palace as Ally Pally. Sorry if that’s you, just letting you know 🙏

You can tell who the proudest British people are because they’re the ones who want to tear down the most well known British institutions 🫡

Opening a whole packet of biscuits and leaving them out so they all go soft, because that’s the best type of biscuits.

There’s a certain type of person who used to listen to Throwing Copper by Live, and that person was: the 90s.

The strange British urge to leave a plastic washing up bowl full of dirty water in the kitchen sink, for some reason we’ve still not quite worked out yet.

“I’m going to make sure I get a long stretch of time off for Christmas this year” I mutter to myself, as I slowly, inevitably, add another work project onto the pile.

I still don’t know who Glen Powell is, and at this point I refuse to learn.

I think Skinwigs might be my new favourite podcast. The shanty at the beginning of episode two, good grief.

What I wouldn’t give to construct a meat heist scene right now.
Fresh meat was as precious as gold bullion back in the 70s. According, that is, to Letraset's dizzyingly exciting THE SWEENEY Super Action Transfers, which allowed kids to create violent scenes based on the classic post-watershed cop show. This meat blag is *carnage*, guv!

Just thinking about how South Park season one ended on a cliffhanger about who Cartman’s dad was, and instead of answering it, the next episode was a Terrance And Philip special called Not Without My Anus. Could do that.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

I’ve been trying to not drink recently, I’ve not had a booze for a couple of months, but today I’ve been making a casserole and I was looking for alternatives for adding red wine to it. Saw a suggestion of using tea, so I brewed a strong one, melted a stock in it, and the casserole tastes great 🤩🤩🤩

The dog’s back legs have been getting wobblier as he gets older. This morning they gave way and he was on the floor. I sat with him for a bit. Gave him biscuits. He got up a few moments later, fine again, asking for more biscuits. I don’t mind being played like this.

The Bunny Vs Monkey superfan event last month was definitely a career highlight for me. Fortunately there was a brilliant photographer there to capture the buzz, the silliness, and all the poo-related comics we ended up drawing, so here are a selection of photos from the day.
