My controlling parents tried to force me into Protestantism. Since age 13, I've considered Christians hypocritical and cruel. Sadistic. Manipulative.

Therapy by books, it's how I want to try and tackle things. Both ADHD books have been read and the trauma one has just been started, after that will be Yungblud's as it's interactive. February's reading has induced many tears and some flashbacks but I want to learn everything I need, to do better 🖤
