My diagnosis is Dyspraxia but I see myself in a lot of AuDHD too, plus I have various traumas. A heaping load of Anxiety & Depression too of course. None of which is helped by Fibromyalgia, but I have The Fibro Manual to reread eventually (& any more books I find on it). Books are dear friends imo.
