Some breaking news: in a special Vancouver Police Board meeting only announced over the weekend, the police board has requested a $50 million increase to their budget for 2026.

This is called social murder. There are a lot of important skills sets we will need in the coming months/years, but one of the most important will be generative conflict. As the conditions get worse, we will see more conflict and being able to navigate it well, without loosing each other, will be invaluable.
