Been regularly going to the gym since my health has taken a nosedive (thanks to my sudden and rapidly aging body) and whew boy was I out of shape. I went from barely pulling off a single set of 2x10 reps back up to 5x10 and from barely squeaking by .25mi to .75mi within about 10 days
