BREAKING: A federal judge just granted a temporary restraining order stopping ICE from arresting refugees in Minnesota and ordering the release of those currently detained. This is a huge win for ICE accountability.

If a non-citizen neighbor gets kidnapped by ICE, you supposedly have about 4-5 hours to file a habeas petition in Minnesota to prevent ICE from shipping people to Texas. They are moving people that quickly regardless of whether or not they have legal status.
