I didn't read as much this month as I would have liked to, but I'm trying to carve out more time in my day for reading for fun and it's an upward trajectory at least (remembering to log my time on Storygraph is another matter.)

I went to go play video games because I thought Montreal had it. What I love about the PWHL is you can't count anyone out. Congrats to Boston!

It was funny when all the big new tech innovations were like Someone Buys Groceries or Drive Me Home because of how it reflected the deficits of the people creating them. But much new AI shit suggests its inventors also don't know why people read or know how to just watch TV, and that's much darker.

I haven't been able to read many novels since I went back to school. All I read now is the Chicago Manual of Style and books that try to make sense of the Chicago Manual of Style. The best horror I've read this month is Chapter 9: Numbers.
