'we have lost young men' was pushed by Shor, and his source was 'i made it up'
Republicans thought they had a permanent hold over young men. They didn't.

Spanberger wins men 18-29 by 14%, Sherrill by 10%, and Mamdani by a stunning 40%.

Young men voted Mamdani by 68-26 percent for Cuomo. Young men voted blue in last night's other major races but by nowhere near this margin

Imagine if the government devoted the same kind of energy to ridding the country of guns as it does to ridding the country of immigrants. It is possible to do things if you want to
one reason to want real gun control is that we wouldn't have to sit around endlessly going "what does the shooter's use of this obscure meme tell us about his views on society" bc he wouldn't be a shooter bc he wouldn't have a gun. he would just be....some guy. sounds better, right?

It's because we're one of the only legacy outlets unafraid to accurately reflect the mood of this country.

That mood? Everyone fucking hates this.

New from me in NYT

"If there’s one issue that unites the bro-casters — beyond the need to find three hours of content — it’s a disdain for wokeness. “The word ‘retarded’ is back,” Mr. Rogan recently announced, ridiculously, “and it’s one of the great culture victories".”

You'll be ok lightbulb man: in the trans rights "debate" the issues are always framed around personal victimization and never, you know, trans people themselves.
I changed my mind on trans rights – and lost multiple friends
As a human rights lawyer, I never questioned the trans movement. But, after a lightbulb moment, I publicly changed my position
