Just a thought: a "town hall" where you're not giving folks the opportunity to speak their thoughts or ask their questions outside of writing them down on index cards and hopefully getting to them at the end "if there's time" is....not a great town hall.

It’s been two months to the day since my dad died.
It has been a very full, chaotic, frustrating day, after a full, chaotic, frustrating week, and several months of the same.
