I was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. During my time in Officer Training School I was taught to refuse any illegal order from a superior officer and report it up my chain of command or to base legal.

This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.
