We should start looking to how Brazil and other countries successfully reclaimed their Democracies and rewrote their constitutions to protect against future tyranny. It’s been done before, and we can do it again here
We no longer have a functional Supreme Court and people (especially those in power and in the media) need to start plainly addressing that fact.

The entire edifice, along with many other pillars of government, will need to be rebuilt from the ground up.
