I wish someone could write a book about how cover ups organized between The New York Times, Epstein, and every foreign intelligence agency with a checkbook led us to the genocidal fascism running the US today.

I'm not sure new leadership in the Democratic Party is enough. I can't game out how the DNC survives as anything besides a political theater project.

Test: if I call the Democrats managed opposition, will I get the usual "nu-uh" replies today? What POSSIBLE benefit is there to caving this deep into the longest shutdown ever, when a majority of the country rightfully blames the GOP, and a blue wave election just gave you a mandate to fight?

I’m writing Red Markets 2e. A big part of the setting’s near future tech is “Ubiq Specs.” I worried how something based on the laughable Google Glass would translate to the new edition, as it was so silly as to be almost completely forgotten.

it is funny how many people affiliated with the secret police have had to say "stop making fun of the secret police, the guy in the tac vest that covers him like a training bra is a hero, he tracked down and subdued two hospice orderlies using only the W-2 forms they file annually"

I finally had time to watch that parade. Did we switch to drones for efficacy, or just cuz these guys can’t march for shit? Is a sense of rhythm woke now? Were the regimental drummers too busy shooting protestors?
My HS band director would have had us doing PT for that pisspoor show. Sloppy!

I finally had time to watch that parade. Did we switch to drones for efficacy, or just cuz these guys can’t march for shit? Is a sense of rhythm woke now? Were the regimental drummers too busy shooting protestors?
