People think money has ruined football but the sight of a rapist dictator standing next to a corrupt football official in front of a big gold trophy at a competition bankrolled by Saudi Arabia reminds me the game still belongs to us.

In the long run it might’ve been better if Republicans got their way. Then and now.

Discuss.
Come on, GOP senators. It’s your time for a McCain moment.

I’m not always a big Elizabeth Warren fan, but she is doing a great job on cnbc. Especially putting Sarah Eisen in her place. Eisen has been an insufferable Trump apologist.

I bookmarked this on the other site because it highlights the problem w calling a short due to valuation.

Looking forward, $mrvl can do $8 in EPS (non GAAP) as the custom silicon market accelerates. That’s the bet, you don’t need to focus on anything else.

Seeing reports that Trump is going to push a flat tax.

Probably cf negative for large companies, and takes away the government’s number one policy tool.

Doesn’t mean it’s a bad idea, but there will be pushback.

Investors are worried about what the new administration policies toward big pharma - including GLPs. Has anyone noticed that Trump is clearly on a GLP?
