Colombia houdt op laatste moment klimaatakkoord nog tegen - zonder dat er iets gezegd wordt over de afbouw van olie, gas en kolen komt er voor hen geen deal.

Absorbed Solar Radiation is almost 5W/m² higher than at the start of the century.
