Joogan mainostetaan auttavan itsetuntemuksessa, eikä suotta. Tänä vuonna takaisin matolle ja viikossa oppinut jo, mitkä kaikki ristikkäiset jumitukset voivat olla mahdollisia ja missä kaikkialla on potentiaalisesti kipeytyviä lihaksia. Ties mihin tämä joogapolku vielä johtaakaan!

Nyt mulle pukkaa mainontaa, jossa valistetaan, että laihtumisesta 80 % on ruokavaliota, 10 % treeniä ja 10 % unta.
Mulle ihan riittäisi tuo 10 prosentin laihtuminen, 20 olisi ehkä liiallisuutta. Niin että nukkumaan kai sitten vaan.

Driving in NYC is actually easy you just have to expect:
1. People (especially cabbies) will cut you off
2. People will drive way too fast or way too slow and lanes will be blocked so lanes are only a suggestion
4. Pedestrians will come out of nowhere
5. You WILL get honked at and yelled at
