@MarkJCarney is impressive, not perfect.

@ABDanielleSmith is neither impressive nor perfect.

Put them together and you get the gawd awful Canada/AB energy MOU.

Hold Carney to account.

One of the most common replies in any discussion of universal basic income is "but how do we pay for it?" and not once do those same people ever question the costs incurred by not doing UBI. We spend $1.5 trillion every year on the costs of child poverty alone. Poverty ain't free, folks. WE ALL PAY.

Australia has so much solar power that they're offering free electricity during peak hours because solar power is so cheap.

Here in Ontario, Doug Ford is doubling down on nuclear, which is the most expensive form of electricity. And subsidizing it with our tax dollars.

Newfoundland and Labrador’s election shows the problem again. A party can win a majority of seats without majority support.

Proportional representation would make every vote count equally and ensure real majority rule.

Canadians have been voting for cooperation, not domination.

Minority governments are here to stay, so why not build an electoral system that makes them work?

Proportional representation is the path to stable, collaborative politics.

We need democracy to exist. We need freedom of speech. We need this now.
The 2025 World Press Freedom Index is out. The top 10 countries all use proportional representation.

Canada ranks 21st. Over 80% of our media is owned by 5 corporations. We've lost 252 local outlets since 2008.

If we want real media diversity and accountability, we need PR.
