I said that and then I watched another hockey game today anyway (Frost vs. Sceptres). When Minnesota scored their 5th goal of the game the Toronto arena started playing good 4 u by Olivia Rodrigo and that made me laugh
it's only Tuesday and I already feel like I've watched so much hockey this week. and you're telling me there's two more games before the weekend???

A Long-eared owl I spotted while on my finch hunt. I find Long-eared owls tend to rest too close to trails, so when I see them I try to leave the area so as not to disturb them. This owl was being mobbed by smaller birds which explains why he was awake and alert during the day. 🌿🪶📷

I made it to 94 books read in 2025, 90 of which were brand new to me. I didn't really set out with that kind of goal in mind, but I'm very happy 2025 was the year I got back into reading often
