Last year I set a goal to hit by my birthday. This week I hit a one-rep max of 405 squat, 315 bench, and 405 deadlift. It may have only been one rep on each and the form may have been ugly, but I couldn't do it last year so I'll take it.

For the record, our division commander BANNED things called “presence patrols” in Iraq.

Nothing like opening a browser on Monday to find a tab from Friday with a blank Jira ticket creation screen. Obviously Friday-me felt that a ticket needed to be created for something, but Monday-me has no idea what that was. Perhaps the adjacent tabs will provide context.
