Last year I set a goal to hit by my birthday. This week I hit a one-rep max of 405 squat, 315 bench, and 405 deadlift. It may have only been one rep on each and the form may have been ugly, but I couldn't do it last year so I'll take it.

Between buying both my lovely wife and my mom Bird Buddies and having a copy of the Field Guide to Dumb Birds of North America on the coffee table, I think our transition to crazy bird couple is almost complete
