Buying a company by taking out a massive loan, then making the company you bought responsible for paying off that loan, is so patently evil that it should be beyond illegal. Clearly, over the last century, the executive branch has gained a lot of power at the expense of Congress. Part of the problem is that the federal government is so huge, it is hard for 535 members to oversee everything with their small staffs.

#space #physics question. If I have a well-insulated space station that's powered by a large 1-square-unit solar panel, how big does my radiator need to be to keep the temperature inside the station constant?

I just had my mind blown by comment in a #StarWars forum. If Luke & Obiwan had stopped to analyze the DS plans, they could have planted bombs near the reactor. No need for the battle of Yavin. Obiwan had no problem sneaking around as long as he avoided getting near Vader.
