What we saw last week was one of the most dishonest Budgets I have ever seen.

Instead of fixing our trade with Europe and growing our economy, Labour chose more stealth taxes that will only make the cost of living crisis worse.

If Nigel Farage wanted to investigate Russian infiltration into Reform, he’d have done it already.

It’s time the Prime Minister launched a national investigation.

... A Brexiter "outside his chateau in France" ...

#Vlad'sArmy
‘Speaking outside his chateau in France, former Brexit Party and UKIP MEP Coburn answered "no" when a BBC journalist asked him whether he had ever been paid to give a speech to promote pro-Russian campaigners.’

Great work from @BBCWales. Keep going

Brexit has cost each and every one of us £3,700 a year.

But instead of solving the problem, Labour are using Brexit as an excuse to raise your taxes.

My message ahead of the Budget: Stop blaming Brexit and start fixing it!

The UK is losing up to £250m a day in lost tax revenue due to the economic impact of Brexit, House of Commons Library analysis for the Lib Dems suggests.

Brexit has blown a "black hole of [up to] £90 billion a year in the public finances" the party says. Even under lower estimates the hit is ~£65bn

Rachel Reeves says there’s a “hole” in the public finances.

A new decade-long Brexit study explains it:

a 6–8% hit to GDP – that's £180bn-£240bn a year – means less tax, less investment and less money for everything else.

Brexit made Britain poorer. Much poorer.
New: Boris Johnson’s ‘Brexit Titanic success’ was half right
Nearly ten years on, the first full assessment of Brexit confirms what millions warned: Britain made itself poorer

This is Keir Starmer’s moment to stand up for Britain and call on Trump to drop his ludicrous lawsuit against the BBC.

The Prime Minister has spent months cosying up to Trump. If he can’t stop him from attacking one of our most precious institutions, what was it all for?

Keir Starmer needs to wake up and fix our broken voting system before the next election, or he risks letting Nigel Farage into Number 10.

We will keep fighting for fair votes to make sure every voice is heard.

We will keep fighting for a fair votes, not because it benefits us but because it's right for the country.

More Reform UK incompetence.

A May council election in a ward in North Northamptonshire was postponed due to the death of a candidate.

The new election is for 2 councillors and Reform UK has contrived to end up with 3 candidates on the ballot paper.

When Trump talks about trade barriers, he means lowering our high British standards.

We must draw a red line—no to US vulture firms undermining our NHS, no to giving up online safety and no to lowering our food standards.

Dear Mr Starmer,
Times have changed. The US is no longer a friend we can rely on.
Since Brexit, we have an economic and security deficit which we can't redress alone - no European could.
The EU has the size and strength to stand up to Trump. We can't go it alone now.

#RejoinEU is our only option.
