100% true. Parents calling for laws to make everything "child friendly" is a direct result of said parents letting an iPad parent their kids for them

As a fucking parent TALK TO YOUR FUCKING KIDS THEN. Worried they'll see porn? Talk to them about porn. Worried they'll see gore? Talk to them about gore. Worried they'll get groomed? Talk to them about red flags and cultivate trust with them so they won't feel they have to hide things from you.

It could be really bad for Discord if Californians contact the office of the Attorney General to report the potential violations of CCPA and CALOPPA citing the recent breach from a few months back where 1.5tb of user data and millions of IDs were leaked, but who can say for sure?
