A mad thought, at £100 a journey that's more than a cab or uber. How about subsidizing certain routes and time spans using a ring and ride model using taxi firms etc. Just need to get some checks and balances in place to ensure standards and safety.
Bus routes costing more than £100 a passenger are to be scrapped

What a needless waste of money. Well at least phone manufacturers will be happy. It also be interesting to know what the long term support would be for the two main phone operating systems. Some can't afford to change phones every few years. Oh what about accessibility.
No to Digital ID Cards!
Keir Starmer says everyone in the UK will be required to have mandatory digital ID. That’s not the kind of country we want to be. Back our petition to say no to digital ID cards.

Nigel Farage has spent £1m taking out adverts in the papers to distract from the Nathan Gill Russian bribe scandal.

We can't let him buy himself out of this. We need an investigation into Russian influence in our politics.

Today the Government had the opportunity to end the cost of living crisis, get Britain growing again and repair the £90bn Brexit black hole - by fixing our trade with Europe.

It didn't.

Nigel #Farage is paid £93,904/yr as MP for Clacton - a faded seaside town, with the poorest UK neighbourhood Jaywick.

Yet he is finding time to do TWELVE other jobs on the side.

Brexit has cost each and every one of us £3,700 a year.

But instead of solving the problem, Labour are using Brexit as an excuse to raise your taxes.

My message ahead of the Budget: Stop blaming Brexit and start fixing it!

🚨BREAKING🚨New figures reveal the true cost of Brexit.

It's time for Labour to stop being so timid and fix the damage done by the Conservatives' botched Brexit deal.

That is the best way to boost growth, put money in people's pockets and properly fund our public services.

I had my first outing last week on the Science, Innovation and Technology Select Committee.
On digital ID, I asked if the minister (Ian Murray) was aware of data breaches in other countries.
He said, 'government data is pretty secure'.
Convinced? Me neither!

That elephant in the room that destroys the UK economy is still there, still causing damage and isn't going away any time soon. Brexit was, is and always will be a catastrophe.
Rachel Reeves says there’s a “hole” in the public finances.

A new decade-long Brexit study explains it:

a 6–8% hit to GDP – that's £180bn-£240bn a year – means less tax, less investment and less money for everything else.

Brexit made Britain poorer. Much poorer.

The bank (HSBC) apologised to Mr Harrison and Ms Heaton and said its response was not up to the standard "customers should expect".

Why I am I not surprised. HSBC appear to have a lax attitude to your average person. They lost the deeds of an aunts house, three years it took to fix their balls up.

Reeves mutes using the mileage difference at a vehicles MOT. So what happens to people like me where I can clock up 1/3 of my mileage across the channel? Plus, Plus I don't want to wait 3 years until I have to cough up when the vehicle is due it first MOT unless I change it before that date.
Will pay-per-mile raise Reeves money or drive people away from electric vehicles?
Need for new road taxes is clear – but there are concerns that pricing plan could stall transition away from petrol
