Poilievre's new riding wasn't just a "safe seat", it was the ULTIMATE Participation Award of a seat. The #1 safest riding for a Conservative to run in all of Canada. He didn't win sh*t. He was handed it after he FAILED to be elected to one properly. That by-election might as well have been for show.
