3. While the president may have dementia his racism is not due to dementia.
4. He isn’t sorry. He means every racist thought he shares.
5. His base agrees with him.
6. He will do it again.
7. No one in power will hold him accountable.

worth noting that the second rich people stopped being afraid of mobs tearing them limb from limb, they stopped building libraries and opera houses and stuff and started ripping the copper wiring out of the walls of society instead

The message from the White House this morning is that, once again, it falls on ordinary American citizens to remain calm and professional when dealing with the heavily armed agents of the government because they are very emotional and might fly off into a murderous rage at the slightest insult.

According to IL state law and the @cookcountyclerk.bsky.social 's own form, Genealogy is a justified reason for a death certificate. However, the staff at that office disagrees.

In case you still think that local police are going to stand up to federal immigration agents:

A few of minutes ago CPD swooped in on a community caravan that was tailing CBP agents to honk horns and warn neighbors, blocking the caravan from following and giving agents a clean break from scrutiny.

I was recently contacted about an i'view for the #podcast "A Study of Strange." The subject is Cora Stallman, the woman who was found in the cistern (or was she...?).

I spent a very enjoyable hour with host Michael May. Hear for yourself!

The Ancestry ads are running, the price is low, and again people are buying #DNA kits as #Christmas gifts. Just this week on Reddit, there was a guy planning to surprise his wife with a DNA kit. 😣

Before you make grandma spit in a tube so you can send it off to #Ancestry, some things to consider: 🧵

New documentary idea/story prompt. I want to learn more about THIS funeral, because that is one hell of a pallbearer lineup.

How is this whole scenario not already a movie or play or something?

Stir up, we beseech thee, O Lord, the wills of thy faithful people; that they, plenteously bringing forth the fruit of good works, may of thee be plenteously rewarded; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The onslaught of cheery Ancestry com ads is coming. Stuff those ads leave out, both seen today:

How to mentally process a census record that shows a 35-yr-old grandmother of a 3-yr-old; or an "out of wedlock birth" where the parents aren't married... but they do share the same surname. #genealogy

Genealogy continues to mess with me: I'm researching a woman whose name is Charlotte. She was born in a town called Charlotte Courthouse, VA, which is in Charlotte County VA.

I don't think that should be allowed. Authorities should have stepped in. #genhour
