In a truly huge defeat for Keir Starmer on free speech and freedom of assembly the UK's High Court has ruled that the government's decision to designate Palestine Action as a terror group was unlawful. The question now is whether or not Starmer is going to change his attitude to dissent

Ah, another of Mandelson’s people gets the boot. Allan was a hopeless DoC who never managed to shape the narrative. Who put him there? Mandelson’s man McSweeney of course. What a shambles. I really don’t think Starmer The Luckless can survive this meltdown for long
