I think the pacing of Fallout season 2 was off but boy did they stick the landing with the finale. Fair play.

Continuing my season of films I haven’t watched for 20+ years I stuck Magnolia on (career bests for Cruise and Moore imo). Interesting revisiting from being a naive 20 something to having led a life brings a new perspective on it all.

Rewatched ‘The 5000 fingers of Dr T’ - a fascinating musical from the 50s trying to bring Dr Seuss to film. Most people who saw it when they were young have dismissed it as a fever dream/nightmare. Just stunningly bizarre and of its time. More people need to see it.

Rewatched ‘The 5000 fingers of Dr T’ - a fascinating musical from the 50s trying to bring Dr Seuss to film. Most people who saw it when they were young have dismissed it as a fever dream/nightmare. Just stunningly bizarre and of its time. More people need to see it.
With no horse in the race anymore it’s been strange watching the Fallout show is a ‘civilian’. The pacing of this season has been odd but I am enjoying it.
