And good news - they're edible!
There is a passage from The Ministry for the Future that keeps coming back to me, where Kim Stanley Robinson explains that there are only 500 or 1,000 powerful people in the whole world who are preventing us from properly fighting climate change or simply striving for a better world.

This seems to be his MO. As usual, don't pay attention to politicians' words, but watch their actions. He has been an enormous disappointment since day one.

I signed up to be a member of the NDP again for the first time in a number of years. @avilewis.ca has me convinced that he'd be a great leader and would do away with the milquetoast policy of the party that's been pissing me off. It's time to take what we deserve and make the rich pay their share.

Naturally, this isn’t an anniversary to *celebrate* because it’s important to be civil when we’re debating in the marketplace of ideas. We also shouldn’t be remotely amused by the fact that it happened again six days later
