Ich hatte noch nicht mitbekommen, dass man die BBC Radio-Mediathek (BBC Sounds) nicht mehr außerhalb des UK nutzen kann 😢 Jetzt gibt’s nur noch Livestreams. Sehr schade, und die Welt wird wieder ein bisschen kleiner (und GB ist offenbar gewillt, auch noch den letzten Rest Soft Power aufzugeben) 😕

Die Enshittification der Uni: früher konnte man sich einfach mit Benutzernamen + Passwort im WLAN anmelden. Dann musste man irgendwelche Konfigurationsdingsbums installieren. Jetzt muss man eine *App* runterladen, nur um sich mit dem Internet verbinden zu können 🙄

I recognize that this was a film tailored to my particular proclivities. The optimal audience member for this movie is someone who was struck with a ruler in Catholic school for saying “heck” and now, as an adult, says “serving cunt” as commonly as they say “hello.” I was reminded of this after I left the theater and the man behind me asked his girlfriend, “why was the score so campy, though?” That is a question I would simply never think to ask. Autos sollten nur noch als reine Nutzfahrzeuge erlaubt sein. Das würde bedeuten, dass ein Auto, ab einer bestimmten Größe außer mit Sondergenehmigung innerorts nichts mehr zu suchen hat. Genauso jede Art von Auto, die offensichtlich als Lifestyle Objekt entworfen wurde.
