No matter how many other coffee mugs I’ve tried, even fancy, expensive, gifted ones, this is my favorite and it’s perfect. I have had this cheap plastic 14oz cup for about 16 years now and use it every morning. It’s indestructible and all mine. 😂

Just a little clip of the puppies and this sign I’ve always loved. I know I’ve been called a witch before. Lol 🧙‍♀️🪄✨🐈‍⬛

Crowd sourcing question.

What are your favorite companies or organizations to shop from for unique gifts that give a good percentage of their proceeds to charities, local or worldwide?

We are at a state park for my birthday weekend and this is our view. Insanely beautiful mirror shot of the lake. Harper is still a bit skittish in the lodge but she rode the elevator twice!

4 years ago today, I lost my best friend and big sister. 22 years being each other’s bff, and I am still lost without her. We were like Thelma and Louise ;) She was the more daring, fun one. She loved animals more than people. She was mom to Scarlett & Savannah who now live with me. ❤️ I miss her so.

It's tempting to give Feucht a big, boisterous counterprotest to show him he's "not welcome in Seattle," but that plays into his and his allies' hands.

If there's no hubbub, no violence, no big reaction, then Sean's just another dude singing in a park, and that's the last thing he wants. 9/

I especially worry, because, at this moment, the Trump Admin is looking for fights to pick with big, blue cities.

An angry, flashy "Christian persecution" narrative in right-wing media could be the ticket for them to trigger a federal investigation or even nat'l guard deployment in Seattle. 7/

When Matthew Taylor offers advice, please listen.
PSA - Sean Feucht is coming to Seattle this weekend, & I think this is worth paying attn to.

Feucht is more dangerous and desperate for attention than ever, & he has more powerful friends and allies than ever.

My advice: Don't let him dominate the narrative. 1/

How Seattle fits into the modern Christian Nationalist playbook
Stoking outrage in progressive cities is part of the game plan for evangelical preachers like Sean Feucht, whose influence has been steadily growing.

The most relaxing walk this evening. We are going to wring out every minute of this lower humidity. Sunset was pretty for Nashville (will never match Santa Fe’s) ❤️

We went to visit a board/training camp today for Harper. She played with a big Great Pyrenees boy named Benny and passed all her tests. She’s still so reactive to certain dogs in our neighborhood so I’m considering options. I think more structured play with other dogs would do wonders for her.
