This is a brilliant idea. If your loved one gets lost... when they're found, they can immediately take them to the police station or hospital if needed. Instead of trying to ask a lot of questions, they can't answer.

Do any of my fellow Californians live in red districts? (I don't.) If so, your congressperson just voted to eliminate our ability to set our own clean air standards. If you're over 55 you probably remember the icky brown, stinky air we used to have. You really should call your rep and yell at them.
