I was in a LGBT++ meeting at work yesterday.I cant believe we are still having meetings about negativity of managers to their LGBT++ staff.I'm not sure within my own organisation its a thing some think it is still a thing generally! It was another opportunity to congratulate someone on coming out.

Ordering groceries from asda is a bit of a lottery as they dont charge you the extra if they have to send you a different product! Problem is they never do its some random cheaper product! This order should have had fancy crisps!
