I think people also sorted out their problems/ took responsibility themselves! I remember it being really grim in the 1970's you ate what you were given, walked everywhere and if you were looked after by your parents. It wasn't perfect but if you couldn't afford it you didn't have it.

There is alot of the c word about! I was at a "mens health" meeting this morning. And we were told that if we are ill its OK to be ill. A friend was saying that one of his friends was telling him off for having "man flu" and we decided that this was sexist and not helpful.

My person solution to the toothpaste squeezing issue is to have separate tubes! Much easier than resolving the from the bottom or the top issue.

You mean the stuff that is produced from the Garden waste that is collected? I bought a compost bin to produce my own. I haven't quite managed to work out how to kill off all the weed seeds. I've just renamed them volunteer accidental plants.

Sometimes i go to "controversial" offices mostly they don't actually have any sign of their controversial. I think that may be why!

Well its the vintage TMNT.
I first got sciatica by putting on my socks, what followed was a fitness bug, including becoming a fitness instructor. It ended when i fell off of firemans pole at a mud ran. Its all about balance! I probably walked for 6 miles today.
