I’m concerned about this pattern of refusing to follow court orders because they don’t apply to him - they only apply to the people making the “decisions.” It’s like he’s trying to create some new “advice of cabinet” defense.

The way you know how mediocre white men are is to look at how hard they're trying to eliminate any competition.
They took away affirmative action, DEI, the equal employment opportunity act, and told you it’s to center merit.

In other news, yesterday I called on the four biggest streaming providers to carry C-SPAN. It's increasingly hard to find non-partisan, independent coverage about what's going on in government, and making C-SPAN easier to access for everyone is a good place to start.

The J6 pardons are legally authorized but constitutionally unpardonable. Their issuance is a “high crime and misdemeanor” within the meaning of the Impeachment Clause because it is a clear abuse of presidential power. Sadly that power was neutered by the Senate during Trump’s two impeachment trials
