Finishing the year at 179.6 lbs! SMH 🤦🏽♂️ lol I’ve been trying to bulk to 200 lbs for nearly 6 years…. I’m hanging it up lol 😂 it just ain’t in the cards 🃏 for me. Plus additional health issues , and flare ups it’s time to accept the defeat & get back to a healthier me.
