I mean this is just the culmination of 40 years of western corporations and governments perfecting the art of escaping responsibility.
In a horrifying article about the dangers of Teslas, one point stands out: Teslas automatically disengage self-driving mode <1 second before an imminent crash--not enough time for the driver to react, but enough for Tesla to deny responsibility for fatal crashes, since self-driving "wasn't engaged."

Mine
1. Not banning gambling ads
2. No YouTube in social media ban (even though I think the ban is dumb, it's still him sucking at the teat of vested interests.
3. North West Shelf gas expansion

At least the SS had the guts to wear a uniform and own their evil. These guys are spineless cowards.
Not an original point but worth saying again - there is not a single element in this picture that identifies any of these folks as law enforcement agents. No badges, no uniforms, no vests. Out of context it just looks like a bunch of random guys are kidnapping a mayoral candidate.

Victorian Labor are a disgrace. They stand for nothing. Backflipping on their own commitments. And it's the poor and under represented that pays the price for Labor's total indifference to quality of life in this state. #auspol #vicpol

This is why I tell everyone not to vote for @australianlabor.bsky.social or the LIBS. They don't care about you. They are both just waiting for their turn to govern. We need to turn our backs on the 2 party system, it doesn't work for the people, only vested interests. #auspol
I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal."

That's when I realized why Dems are toothless. They have no idea what this is. Frogs boiling in water.
