The current big drama in the increasingly stupid western comic book world: DC released cult classic title Warlord on a (more expensive) paperstock that matches original newsprint, giving a more accurate coloring. Collectors are review bombing in outrage because they think glossy = more expensive.

My Top 5 Films of 2025
2025 was an interesting year in movies. If you were to ask your average film-goer, they would probably say that it was a lackluster or bad year for film with the lack of, or in some cases, disappointing outings of, large franchise blockbusters and crowd pleasers. The current ongoing news of the Warner Bros. sale doesn't help the case either. Without going super in depth (as I want to celebrate the films), the situation seems bleak and regardless of who ultimately ends ups buying the company, it's a lose-lose situation for all of us and it pains and infuriates me that the people in charge of curating and funding our artistic endeavors could not give a flying fuck about it.

My Top 5 Films of 2025
2025 was an interesting year in movies. If you were to ask your average film-goer, they would probably say that it was a lackluster or bad year for film with the lack of, or in some cases, disappointing outings of, large franchise blockbusters and crowd pleasers.
