What you have is the Fascist Party and the Left of the Fascists Party.

But that's not Left Wing in same way that a Murderer isn't innocent if he stands next to a Serial Killer.

Does anyone think Wes Streeting is the answer?

Genuinely?

Just another Starmer clone - even has the same whiny nasal robotic delivery when he speaks.

Do they learn this at PLP school? Reeves and Phillipson have the same.

This a big deal: "China’s carbon dioxide emissions have been flat or falling for 18 months"

China's economy has grown by ~5% in the last year, so this comprehensively debunks the idea (again) that emissions are tied to growth. So yes, faster progress needed, but this is how you turn the corner.

Not sure about @zackpolanski.bsky.social?

Heard about him being a "weird hynnotist" or indugling in "fantasy economics". A danger?

Well have a read of the Grauniad article first, and then decide.

I think the BBC is like that person you've been with for 40 years and were absolutely in love with them when you first met. However they've had a drink/drug problem for the past 15 years and can no longer be trusted.

However you're still hoping they can get back to being that person they once was.

The D'hont formula is designed to keep Yoonies in power as can be seen from NE Scotland region coverage:
9 constituencies= 8 SNP, 1 CON
7 List = 0 SNP, 4 CON
This is because both SNP and CON voted 1&2:
[SNP 2/8] = 0 List
[CON 2/1] = 4 List
SNP 1 and Scottish Greens 2 becomes a no-brainer 😱
