B.ENO

I have been informed that Mr. Eno has now seen this. “Very amusing” was the verdict.

I get up to all sorts on Patreon.com/frasergeesin if you fancy it.

My comics are also “Very amusing” and cheap from Frasergeesin.com

An old boundary marker of the Port of Preston alongside the River Ribble. EB means East Bank, LQ on the top means Legal Quaystone. Strangely, the date 1844 has the 4's reversed.

The American Olympians do realise that if they win gold medals they'll have to go to the White House and give them to Trump?

Drop an album that was important to you when you were nineteen.

One of my flatmates was a music student, brought this LP box set home from the Uni music library. Saw his ensemble play live a couple of years later at the Royal Festival Hall.

Well of course the shop assistant in our local artisan coffee roasters has a tattoo of a Brian Eno graphic score on his arm - I suspect it was in the job requirements. #hipster

The Guardian has an article on homes for £300k. Up north, 3-bed cottage-style house with garden, near the good schools and rail station. London, eventually they found a one-bed attic room in a terrace next to the incinerator.

Just ordered a book from my local Waterstones. Click and collect so I’ll get it on way home tonight. As cheap as Amazon. Also bought an instant camera earlier this week from Argos, cheaper than on Amazon. It’s proving very easy not to use the evil billionaire’s website. More of you should try it.

A colleague had just got to New York on a transatlantic flight, was tired, cranky, walking to her hotel, and someone did the pointing-a-finger-under-his-coat "this is a stick up" mugging routine. Could have been a gun. She'd had enough, and shouted "OH JUST FUCK OFF!". And he did.
I’m not saying don’t buy a gun or don’t get tactical training. I’d be a huge hypocrite because I’ve done that. The thing I am saying is don’t think doing so makes you John Wick. If you get mugged, give them your phone and wallet. Live to fight another day.

Got my "fix the potholes" hopes up this morning when a tarmac truck and crew drove past... but they're doing someone's driveway. Might ask if they could just... spare a bit of tarmac for the rest of the street?
