That was fast. Next up, Trump’s signature, just like he signed Epstein’s birthday card.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we all just celebrate what we are buying local.
Post it on social media.
“I purchased this so and so from this local retailer.”
Boycotting the billionaires should be a celebration.

Imagine, a government as responsive to its citizens as it is to Jeffrey Epstein. Wouldn't that be wild.

Just a reminder: there was a Biden administration investigation into Epstein and Maxwell's co-conspirators. Trump killed it in January, fired the prosecutors, stole the files, & ordered Bondi to open a new sham investigation, led by a handpicked prosecutor, so DOJ wouldn't have to release the files.

If I'm JD Vance, I'm whipping impeachment votes behind the scenes right now. Trump got wiped out and bent over for the first time ever on the Epstein vote. He's never been weaker. And JD can't win at the ballot box. Hit up some first termers and the McConnell set or those on the way out. Go for it

Racism is a potent drug
Watching the Epstein survivor admit that she voted for Trump really fucked with my head. The brainwashing against the left that apparently people endure from birth, must be way deeper than I ever imagined. A victim voting for a rapist, who has also been accused by 26 other women? Over a woman? WTAF?

Today Mike Johnson 1) railed against this bill 2) made up stuff about why this bill is bad 3) criticized the Dems and GOPers who forced a vote on this bill and 4) voted for this bill.

This is after he spent 5 months trying to prevent this bill from getting a vote.

We would not be here today without Virginia Giuffre.

We should all be thankful for the legacy of courage she left behind.
Nearly every representative in the U.S. House voted to force the U.S. Justice Department to publicly release its files on the convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the culmination of a monthslong effort that has overcome opposition from President Donald Trump and Republican leadership.

I will never forget having to edit Jamal’s final, posthumous piece for the Washington Post, after he was murdered.

He was calling for free expression in the Arab world. You can read it here :

Opinion | Jamal Khashoggi: What the Arab world needs most is free expression
The Arab world needs a modern version of the old transnational media so citizens can be informed about global events.

Anyone familiar with abusers knows this line of defense. Effing disgusting that this is the president.

Anyone with maga family, please talk to them if you are able. Change happens with us!
To recap:
*Berated reporter for asking about the type of cover-up that fueled Trump's conspiratorial attack on govt.
*Refused to condemn MBS for role in murdering a journalist, suggested journalist had it coming, berated reporter for asking abt it.
He is more committed to MBS than the free press.
Q: Why wait for Congress to release the Epstein files? Why not just do it now?

TRUMP: It's not the question that I mind. It's your attitude. I think you're a terrible reporter. It's the way you ask these questions. You start off with a man who's highly respected asking him an insubordinate question

So I’m teaming up with Congressman Massie & @rokhanna.bsky.social to start debate early and give this the time it deserves.

So, just so everyone understands: the Epstein Files Transparency Act that's being voted on today allows for NO redaction of the names of people mentioned in the files, other than victims.

That's what he's mad about. He wants perps and associates of Epstein to be protected.
Mike Johnson expresses concern that requiring the Epstein files to come out "could ruin the reputations of completely innocent people, such as those who may just have known Epstein but knew nothing of his crimes or whose names he exploited and used to try to get close to his intended victims."
