You know what law was intended to prevent state legal regimes from racially profiling families and abducting children who might be caught without a parent? The Civil Rights Act of 1866. You know, the law to dismantle the Black Codes.
Just saw on KARE 11 that this boy was sent to a detainment facility in Texas and that his family didn't know his whereabouts for almost 24 hours.

I hope someone in @klobuchar.senate.gov's office is running the numbers now on if she can win statewide office again without the Twin Cities core voting for her, because even if she gets the nomination I think a lot of people currently being tear gassed are not going to vote blue no matter who.

The House Oversight Committee just voted to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton in inherent contempt. The resolutions will now be referred to the full House for a vote.
