My transportation hot take: aerial lifts (or “aerial tram” as we call it in PDX) should not just be for going 🔼 & 🔽 a hillside, they can be efficient ways to move people cheaply (fares) and not be restricted by the road network 🚠 🚡
(Plus it would give us Portlanders a chance to use “Go By Air”)
