The Guardian are reporting a significant increase in Jewish people voting for the Green Party.

It's almost like many of us grew up learning a history of persecution & violence.

We don't oppose the Genocide in spite of being Jewish but because of it.

Never again for everyone.

Should Gibb be sacked? yes, obviously. He's an abomination of basic journalistic standards. His GB News channel spreads conspiracy theory & disinformation. His Jewish Chronicle newspaper spreads invented stories. He is plainly trying to undermine the BBC so it's as bad as everything else he touches.

They didn’t just NOT give Trump the Nobel Peace Prize, they wrote a citation that reads like an anti-Trump rallying cry.

(He’s gonna extra-tariff Norway now, isn’t he?)
'When authoritarians seize power, it is crucial to recognize courageous defenders of freedom who rise and resist,' the Norwegian Nobel Committee said as it announced Maria Corina Machado as the winner of the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize

Excellent thread
I’ve mulled over posting this for months now. But yesterday it came to a head. And I’m aware that the people who need to see it will either not be here, or will suggest that I’m lying.

I live near an asylum hotel. The reason I didn’t post earlier is that I didn’t want to raise undue attention

This is such a brilliant, interesting read.
OK so feeling slightly apprehensive about this, which I suppose is kind of the point. This is an attempt at a progressive view on masculinity and on men getting laid. God help me. iandunt.substack.com/p/how-to-be-...
How to be a man
The right story narrative about male attractiveness is grounded in Social Darwinism and free market economics. Can progressives tell a better story?

The only way to truly make Brexit work...

...is to bury it six feet under and join the EU as full members again. That way Brexit can fulfil its true function as a blip in history that serves as an important cautionary tale.

Why don't the Liberal Democrats (72 MPs in the UK Parliament) and/or the Greens (4 MPs) get this level of coverage by our established press?

It's a good question.

I don’t understand the celebration about being able to use the e-gates at passport control.

This never went away in some airports (eg, Venice Marco Polo), it’s having the queue to get the stamp after you’ve been through them which is the issue.
