I think I like drag the most when it looks like clothing; something people once wore somewhere. With creativity and theatrics, of course, but I like to see how the human shape interacts with the fabric. I think the costume is storytelling, a portrait of the wearer.

Currently on tour with Myra and Frank. We did the Hackney Empire on Saturday, which was a thrill. It was proceeded by Bath and Addleston; both lovely. Sheffield, Leeds and Whitley Bay next. I love being on tour.

Went to see Diana Ross last night. She gave one helluva show. Personal high light was discovering the Co-Op Live Arena has a little co-op inside it for getting snacks and pop.

Blows my mind that anyone possesses the cognitive dissonance to enjoy Eurovision right now. I’m not even endorsing a moral boycott, I just can’t understand how anyone could compartmentalise like that. I’m a little horrified. Disgusted, even.
