To expand on this, I can't recommend finding and using some good block lists enough. I have several that filter out the kinds of people that thrive on trolling for the attention of people here, all done with just a few clicks instead of blocking a never-ending stream of individual trolls.
Bluesky isn't a place where trolls come to get mocked and insulted. They love that.
Bluesky is a place where trolls come to be blocked and isolated and ignored — which they hate.
If you're seeing a lot of shitty people in your feed, you aren't blocking enough people.
