since the federal judiciary is plagued by petty tyrants anyways, not to mention calvinball SCOTUS, they should just throw out their lawbooks and start ruling against Trump and conservatives in every single case no matter the merits. fuck it

it's weird that now that we've learned that all the people who have admitted, boasted about, sabotaging corbyn are liars, incompetents, racists, and pedophiles, nobody who trusted them wants to circle back around on the question of "was Corbyn good"

it's not just that Dem leadership's only proposal is "ICE must follow (some of) the laws that are already on the books that they aren't following" it's that they're utterly unprepared to defend that position or answer a reply of "not sufficient" from either their base OR homan

and we see today that even "don't report what LibsofTikTok says as fact without looking into it" would be an improvement

I sort of agree it doesn't feel like Epstein was blackmailing anyone, but still don't really understand where he was making all this money. He comes off as a subliterate lech almost singularly fixated on sex, not exactly a wise financial hand. His role explicitly seemed to be "the guy with girls."
Last week the far right started peddling a narrative that the outrage over Epstein is a moral panic. Today, like clockwork, a more polite version of that narrative appears in the Atlantic.
