When you look at the industries as a whole (entertainment, transportation, and auto) the sun is setting on these unions.
Between the WGA strike, the Teamsters negotiating a new contract with UPS and UAW’s contract with the Big 3 automakers expiring, this year could be an enormous, historic opportunity for strikes and building working class power.

American Air absolutely fucked me yesterday. Canceled my flight and offered me a new itinerary - leaving a day later and with an 22 HOUR layover.
Silver lining: got a nice rental car, a trucker mountain dew, and a bunch of pistachios. Had a nice sound system and enjoyed driving through the night.

I had a problem with my Avis rental car, and I sent them a tweet dm. I meant to send it from my real name main. I didn’t accidentally and I sent it from this name. They were confused because the name on the reservation didn’t match.

I finally read *Three Body Problem*. Interesting ideas. Couldn’t get invested in the characters. Didn’t buy the etching a supercomputer on a 2D photon stuff.
