In the MCU, I'm afraid that Musk isn't Iron Man, but rather #Thanos. I suspect the billionaires and oligarchs have given up on humanity and want 3/4 (1/2 isn't enough) of us to disappear. Truth be said, science has estimated that the earth can really only carry 1B humans anyway.
