A Wisconsin pastor has won over conservatives by promulgating resistance to state and federal “tyranny.” Now, he’s intent on bringing “judgment” to the Republican Party and Western Christianity.

Who put the apostolic in the New Apostolic Reformation?

I discuss one academic who misses the story by not once mentioning that the leaders are apostles whose followers understand that God speaks to them and through them. That's why they are important. bit.ly/RDonNYTonNAR

God the gall of @jaketapper.bsky.social lecturing that Minneapolis small business owner about the meaning of the word "concentration camp" while people are being crammed into poorly resourced buildings by the thousands and shuttled off never to be heard from again

The banality of evil is shocking. An ex-Big Lots warehouse for cheap consumer junk is bought by ICE to ship as many as 7,500 handcuffed human beings, as the Trump regime builds a U.S. gulag archipelago

It is with deep sadness that I have to report the passing of Chip Berlet. He was one of the few people to consistently research and organize against the U.S. Far Right from the 1970s through the '00s. His co-authored 2000 book "Right-Wing Populism in America" unfortunately remains all-to-relevant.
Chip Berlet (1949-2026)

When neo-fascists began to be followed and recorded, it was Chip that was the one who made the first moves. He gave us the blueprint that antifascist researchers go by today. Thank you, Chip, we will take it from here.

In an effort to prove his argument that the U.S. military has always been the Lord’s army, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth today mentioned George Washington praying at Valley Forge. It’s a story he often likes to bring up at the Pentagon worship services.

At National Prayer Breakfast, Hegseth Says US Soldiers Gain Salvation by Dying for ‘Christian Nation’
